Ever notice an empty cup sitting on a table, it doesn't take long before someone to dump their unwanted garbage in it, but even if is half filled with water nobody dumps their junk in it.

People are like cups. Some are empty and (unknowingly) invite people to dump on them. Some are full of garbage and will unload it on anybody who will take it.  While others are full of love, empathy and understanding, enough for them and you.

Picking flies out of horseshit still leaves you standing in shit. A landfill, it isn’t a good spot to start building a foundation for a place to live. The basement will stinks, no matter how nice it looks on the outside.

Fill yourself up with, I deserve unlimited love, respect, opportunity, sucess, health abundance, appreciation.  Then there won't be room for anyone to dump in on you.  Not even you. 

We're all in the same pool of conciousness. Not superior or inferior to anyone. Next time someone tries to dump their garbage in on you, tell them to go find an empty container,  this one is already full. 

You can walk through life with one cup or two. It’s up to you.

Just please no pissing in the pool.
